Informed Consent

This survey is being conducted for the Irving Independent School District STAR Grant Project by the University of North Texas, Department of Learning Technologies. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of professional development on teaching and learning in Irving, as part of the Schools, Teachers, Administrators, and Regions (STAR) Project funded by the Texas Education Agency.

This survey will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. Participation is voluntary. If you give permission by completion of the survey, no individual responses will be reported to anyone.
