Informed Consent

This survey is being conducted for the Technology in Teacher Education - Nevada (TiTE-N) Project by the University of North Texas, Department of Technology and Cognition. The purpose of this research study is to determine the impact of Preparing Tomorrow's Teachers to Use Technology (PT3) activities on teaching and learning. This survey will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. Participation is voluntary. If you give permission by completion of the survey, no individual responses will be reported to anyone.
